CMAI’S REACTIONS TO THE BUDGET 25-26।। बजट 25-26 पर सीएमएआई की प्रतिक्रियाएँ

मुंबई: 2025/012/01: हालाँकि कपड़ा उद्योग के लिए कोई महत्वपूर्ण लाभ या योजना घोषित नहीं की गई है, लेकिन मुझे दो कोणों से उद्योग के लिए बहुत बड़ा लाभ दिखाई देता है:

- उत्पादन पक्ष पर, एमएसएमई, विशेष रूप से सूक्ष्म क्षेत्र के लिए प्रस्तावित उपाय निश्चित रूप से इस क्षेत्र को बढ़ावा देंगे, विशेष रूप से विभिन्न ऊपरी सीमाओं में वृद्धि - हालांकि विवरण अभी भी ज्ञात नहीं हैं; कॉटन मिशन का शुभारंभ एक बड़ा कदम हो सकता है; निर्यात क्षेत्र की प्रतिस्पर्धात्मकता, घरेलू विनिर्माण क्षमता और व्यापार करने में आसानी में सुधार के उपाय विनिर्माण को बढ़ावा देने में मदद करेंगे; कुछ कपड़ा मशीनरी पर मूल सीमा शुल्क कम करने से भी प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा।

- उपभोग पक्ष पर, विभिन्न स्तरों पर आयकर में कमी से उम्मीद है कि डिस्पोजेबल आय में भारी वृद्धि होगी, जिससे उपभोग बढ़ेगा;

टीडीएस और टीसीएस सीमाओं में विभिन्न बदलावों से भी उपभोग को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

 

अंत में, बजट 25-26 को बहुत-बहुत बधाई, बशर्ते कि इसमें कोई बारीकियां न हों!

 

यह कहने के बाद, मैं बस यही उम्मीद करता हूं कि बजट के फायदे जीएसटी दरों में वृद्धि के साथ खत्म न हो जाएं - खासकर कपड़ा और परिधान क्षेत्र में।

CMAI’S REACTIONS TO THE BUDGET 25-26

 

Mumbai: 2025/012/01: Although no significant benefit or Scheme has been announced for the Textile Industry as such, I see a huge benefit for the Industry from two angles:

-        On the Production side, the measures proposed for MSMEs, especially the Micro Sector, will certainly provide a boost to this Sector, especially the increase of various upper limits – though details are still not known;

Launch of the Cotton Mission could be a big step;

Measures to improve competitiveness of Export Sector, Domestic Manufacturing Capacities, and Ease of Doing Business will all help give an impetus to Manufacturing;

Lowering of Basic Customs Duties on certain Textile Machineries will also provide an impetus.

-        On the Consumption side, the lowering of Income Tax at various levels will hopefully provide a huge increase in disposable income, increasing consumption;

Various changes in the TDS and TCS limits should also give an impetus to Consumption.

 

In conclusion, a big Thumbs Up to the Budget 25-26, provided of course there are no twists in the fine print!

 

Having said this, I just hope that the advantages of the Budget are not nullified with increase in GST rates – especially in the Textile and Apparel Sector.
